Our client purchased this new construction home in the Windermere neighborhood of Seattle in 2019. And while it had all brand new finishes and a nice modern and airy feel, it didn’t feel like it reflected her personal aesthetic. After living in the home for a few years she decided it was time to start making the house feel more like a home - enter Kallan Interiors. We decided to start in the daylight basement since that was the area that needed the most work. We transformed an unused basement living room and guest room into an entertainer’s dream. By adding cabinetry, the right furniture, artwork, and cozy wall treatments, this basement is now our clients favorite part of the house!
