This light filled West Seattle home is proof that a little refresh can go a long way. For this project we updated the flooring to a white oak LVP, replaced the millwork, and applied a fresh coat of paint. We then added new furniture, artwork, and accessories to complete the living room and dining room. It was important to select finishes and materials that were pet friendly but also aesthetically pleasing. We achieved a fresh, modern feel by selecting furniture pieces with varying wood tones, neutral textures, and brought in pops of color through accents. Photography by Emily Keeney.
