Sammamish Revival
Set right above Lake Sammamish with the most gorgeous views, this unique tri-level home had great bones but needed a refresh from its last remodel in the early 2000s. We had already updated the kitchen, living room, and dining room the year prior and now it was time to continue the update on the middle floor. This floor included the primary suite, guest bathroom, and two bedrooms. The cabinets in the guest bathroom and primary bathroom were in great condition so we decided to keep them and have them painted. By replacing the countertops, plumbing, lighting, accessories, and flooring we were able to make these bathrooms feel brand new. We continued the light and airy feel in the primary bedroom by adding new furnishings and cozy textures. What a stunning transformation this turned out to be!
